This is a video from StudioBinder’s YouTube channel on Fill Light. The video called for floor-plan diagrams to show different lighting setups and their effect on a subject. I created grainy shadows and highlights to help explain the effect of a fill light.

Based on the success of this video, we decided to create a series in the same visual style – the “What Is?” series. The series is one of the most popular on the StudioBinder channel.
